Mind & Body

To get your body to do something, you must take two steps.

First, you must decide what you will do. For this step, you need to know your assignment in the situations. You must learn your position and practice diligently to ascertain the necessary information to make an informed decision. This step must be fast, and it is made as such through practice and assimilating the techniques we teach.

Second, you must physically execute the task upon decision. there is no substitute for successful result, and your success is determined by the preparation of your body through practice and natural athletic ability.
